The NIA Caraga region joins in the implementing of the plans and programs under the leadership of our President, Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., who also served as Department of Agriculture Secretary and NIA Board Chairperson, with NIA Administrator Benny D. Antiporda, under the key three guiding words: Objectives, Relevance, and Success, which help realize the agency's vision and mission.
According to Administrator Antiporda, each employee should focus on the agency’s OBJECTIVES in order for them to completely understand and promote their RELEVANCE and, ultimately, achieve organizational SUCCESS.
