Irrigators Development Officers of NIA Surigao del Sur IMO leads the on-site Free Irrigation Service Act (FISA) Caravan in Tago and San Miguel,Surigao del Sur.
FISA is a law which provides a vital support in lowering the farmer's cost of production while increasing the agricultural productivity through the provision of efficient and reliable free irrigation service.
The ongoing caravan is a whole month activity of the agency to cater those farmers in hard-to-reach areas in the province.
